Is whole body cryotherapy safe?

Yes, when done in a properly built chamber with a trained operator. Sessions are short, your head stays above the chamber, and you wear protective socks, gloves, and shoes. The vapor is dry — there's no risk of frostbite at standard exposure times.

How cold does it actually get?

Our chamber runs between -150°F and -250°F depending on the session. Because liquid nitrogen vapor is dry, this feels less brutal than the same temperature in liquid would.

How often should I use cryotherapy?

For general wellness and mood: 2–3 times per week. For active recovery during heavy training, or for chronic inflammation, daily use is well-tolerated and produces stronger effects.
